What People Say About Brake Masters
This was my first time here, the place is conveniently located on Topanga Blvd and does have plenty of parking. The shop is clean and Marco, the mechanic on duty, was very polite and courteous. I brought the car in to take a look at the front brakes, after the inspection I was informed that it was in fact my rear brakes. I appreciate the honesty of this shop, they could have easily sold me on rear AND front brakes which I didn't need. Another issue was my belt, I was completely mistaken about something, but Marco expertly diagnosed the problem and suggested replacing the worn belt. Overall, I recommend this shop and will be back next time I am needing repairs.read more

I took way too long to get my brakes fixed and I ended up spending a fortune but the only good thing was Jessie. Nice guy who explained everything and worked with me as much as he could on price. He got on the phone with my husband and explained it to him. Good place to chill and work while your car is being fixed. But Jessie was just a really nice guy who is passionate about what he does which is nice.read more

I'm not sure why this place only got 2 stars. Management and staff must have changed because they were attentive the minute I pulled up. The day after the rain my undercarriage went loose and they took care of ASAP quickly. Thank you for great service!!!
