I have a Mazda CX-9 and I am taking... read moreThis is the best place to get good and honest service!! I have a Mazda CX-9 and I am taking my car here from now on. I live in Anaheim and take my car to the dealership where I purchased it for oil changes. 
For the last 3 years I started hearing a squeaking noise, (thought it was the rear breaks or shocks) I informed the service Dept. at Mazda of Orange and they kept telling me there was no problem. Well the noise over the last few months was getting worse and really annoying, so I was in the area and was told to go here.  I drove in a few minutes before closing , thinking they would tell me to come back the next day. 
That was the complete opposite response I got, they were able to check my car within a few minutes and informed me that the spare tire underneath my car was loose and about to fall off. (which by the way Mazda servicing dept. had screwed it back in after a flat tire is rec'd around this time) 3 years ago. 
Break Master made sure the spare tire was back in secure and tight and low and behold- music to my ears have not heard the noise since.
 I can't even imagine if this tire would of fell off on the freeway (dangerous indeed ), I was very lucky to bring my car here. Thank you Break Masters of Pomona!! read less
